"Steve is a perfectionist - and finding that these days is tough. Steve cleaned the roof (removed the big moss and debris) and cleaned the windowns in/out. What was most impressive is he WASHED the screens. Most service providers have only used a brush - as I said, watching Steve it was clear he wanted to do it right....and he did.
